This is our All-Inclusive wedding planning package.

This package is for the bride who needs assistance with all the logistics that go
into planning the wedding day to executing behind the scenes.

What is included:

Coordination Services

  • Full Access to our Exclusive Wedding Planning Software

  • Full Wedding Planning from Beginning to End

  • Monthly check in's to recap planning progress and details, as needed

  • Unlimited Vendor Consultations, Phone Calls & Emails Throughout the Planning Process

  • Schedule interview/appointments with all prospective vendors around your availability

  • Creation of Design Board with your Theme & Colors for your Wedding

  • Assistance with ordering wedding stationery: save the dates, invitations, name cards, menus, programs, etc.

  • Attend any vendor meetings/tastings as needed

  • FULL Access to our Online Planning Software

  • Develop Your Budget with You and Budget Management

  • Provides Design Expertise and Creation for Decor (as needed)

  • Research accommodations for out of town guests, including transportation 

  • Ensure Marriage License is obtained and signed

  • Assist with Vendor Selection (if needed)

  • Create a Detailed Wedding Day Timeline

  • Review all Venue & Vendor Contracts

  • Assistance with Decor and Design Concepts via Pinterest
    *This does not include setting up decor items

  • Attend Final Walk-Through Meeting with the Venue

  • Vendor Confirmation 2-3 Weeks Prior to the Wedding as well as quantities on rental items 

  • Vendor Confirmation 48 Hours Prior to the Wedding (Arrival & Departure Times)

  • Distribution of Wedding Day Timelines to Vendors & Family

  • Lead & Coordinate Rehearsal (2 hour)

  • Day of Wedding Coordination & Execution (Up to 10 Hours)

  • Coordination of Vendors Set Up Day of Wedding

  • Oversee and Help with Ceremony/Reception Site Set Up & Tear Down Process

  • Wedding Day Set-Up of Items Not Handled By Vendors:
    (toasting glasses, guest cards, cake knife, portraits, wedding program, menus, guest book & favors)

  • Greet and Direct Wedding Party & Guests

  • Reception Strike and Cleaning of Personal Items (End of Wedding Celebration)

  • Delivery of Personal Items to Designated Room on Site or Individual

  • Work with DJ on cuing music for: ceremony, grand entrance as newlyweds, all special dances, toasts, cake cutting, and bouquet/garter toss

WHAT IS THE TYPICAL INVESTMENT?

We work with a variety of wedding budgets. Our Simply Rose Weddings couples could spend anywhere from

$2,300 to $12,000 for their wedding day! Remember, this is a day you've been dreaming of for many years!!

HOW MANY HOURS WILL YOU BE AT MY WEDDING ON THE DAY OF?

It depends on the package you book with us. Simply Rose Weddings staff will stay on site of your wedding anywhere from 8 hours to 12 hours. We can help with wedding day set up, keep your wedding timeline on track,

direct your vendors, direct your guests, help with clean up and tear down. Whatever your needs, we can help!
